MyNDA is operated through an Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS): Indigo Sons LLC owns and runs the technology platform, and Business Law Advisors PLLC is the law firm partner that supplies licensed attorneys. The ABS structure permits this arrangement under Arizona Supreme Court Rule 31; it is not available in most other states.
Use of the platform's automated NDA generator is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. The generator assembles documents from a clause library based on the inputs you provide. It does not analyze your situation, weigh strategy, or give an opinion on whether a given clause is appropriate for your circumstances. Those judgments are the practice of law and require an attorney.
An attorney-client relationship arises only when you engage an attorney for review through the platform's optional review service or otherwise retain counsel directly. When you engage Business Law Advisors PLLC through the platform's review service, the attorney-client relationship is between you and that firm — not with Indigo Sons LLC and not with the MyNDA platform.
If you receive an NDA through the platform from another party, your decision whether to sign is yours alone. The platform does not advise either side on whether to sign, modify, or rely on a document.
Indigo Sons LLC is not a law firm, may not give legal advice, and is not an attorney for any platform user. Communications with Indigo Sons LLC, with MyNDA support, or through the platform itself are not protected by attorney-client privilege unless you have separately engaged an attorney whose communications are routed through the platform.
