By using MyNDA, you agree that the platform generates documents from a clause library and is not a substitute for legal advice. The platform is operated by Indigo Sons LLC in partnership with Business Law Advisors PLLC under an Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS) license.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply, including the parties to each NDA, the governing law you select, and your stated state of operations. The platform produces documents based on the inputs you provide; it does not validate facts about you or your counterparties.
You may use the platform for lawful business purposes only. You may not use it to draft documents for use in fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Fees, where applicable, are billed at the rates in effect when you incur them. Free actions remain free for the receiver of any NDA. Add-on services such as attorney review, workflow coordination, and execution-only handling are billed separately and disclosed before purchase.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Termination does not affect documents already generated or signed; those remain valid contracts between the named parties.
