Document content includes the parties you name, the clauses you select, and any free-text you supply during the NDA workflow. Metadata includes IP address, user agent, the timestamps of the actions you take, and the pages you visit while signed in.
We use this information to operate the platform, generate the documents you request, route work to attorneys when you request review, bill you for paid features, and meet our recordkeeping obligations under the Arizona Alternative Business Structure regime.
We do not sell your information. We share it with service providers (hosting, payments, email delivery, attorneys you engage through the platform) only to the extent necessary to provide the services you request. Attorneys you engage through the platform are bound by their professional obligations of confidentiality.
You may request a copy of your data, request that we correct it, or request deletion of your account at any time. Some records — those required by law or by our recordkeeping obligations — may be retained after account deletion as required.
